In 2021, during a series of transformative BOO forum discussions on transferable skills for financial growth, a revelation struck us: Progress isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about visible, measurable action. Participants shared a common frustration: ‘I learn, but nothing changes.’ That disconnect birthed an idea—a system to bridge the gap between inspiration and results.
The PDT Journal was conceived not in isolation, but in the crucible of real struggles and collective wisdom.
The Evolution (2023)
By 2023, the idea had taken wings. Follow-up sessions and a continent-wide tracking initiative revealed an even deeper need: people craved accountability, not just theory.
We prototyped, tested, and iterated—culminating in a custom PDT tracking tool designed to turn aspirations into tangible steps.
This wasn’t just a journal; it was a movement.
The Breakthrough (2025)
On January 4th, 2025—a day doubly meaningful as the founder’s birthday—the PDT-2025 Journal launched in a celebration of growth and community.
The presence of Kisumu County Commissioner Hon. Betty Oranga and 25 pioneering participants weren’t just ceremonial; it symbolized a shared commitment to measurable transformation.
That evening, we didn’t just unveil a book—we ignited a framework for mastery.
